The Boy Who Brought Christmas is a "Born to be Different" production inspired by the book by Alice Morgan that will be performed by the students of the New Holland Mennonite School. This musical will be held on December 17, 2015 at the New Holland Mennonite Church with a dinner served at 6:30 pm and the musical at 7:30 pm. An offering will be taken to benefit the students.

Busbee Elementary and Corbett Middle Schools presented “A Salute to our Veterans,” a Veterans Day Celebration for Veterans and their guests on November 11, 2015 in the school gymnasium. Ms. Margaret Woods organized the event with considerable help from Marcia Blizzard, Brenda Brown, Bob Bryan, Tara Davis, Kalary Driggers, Wade Friday, Nadine Jones, Teresa Johnson, the Jr. Beta Club, Student Council and the Wagener-Salley High School JROTC Color Guard.

Join Christmas Family Night at First Baptist Church Wagener on Wednesday, December 16th at 7:00 pm. The children will act out some Christmas scenes while the congregation joins in Christmas Carols. Everyone is welcome.

The WSHS JROTC will be selling chicken dinners at the Pavilion on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 - 1. $10 per dinner, purchase your ticket in advance. You can purchase a dinner on Saturday if there are enough available.
