Book Sale at Library
Do some of your Christmas shopping this year at the 4th Annual Nancy Bonnette Library Friends of the Library Big Book Sale. Get great books at fantastic prices while supporting the public library system. This sale features hundreds of gently used books, CDs and DVDs. Paperback books will be 4/$1.00. Hardbacks and large softback books will be $1.00 each or a whole bag of books for just $10.00.

Holly and the Secret Santa, a Porkchop Production, will be at the Nancy Bonnette Library in Wagener on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, at 4:00 pm. Bring the kids!

The Boy Who Brought Christmas
The Boy Who Brought Christmas is a "Born to be Different" production inspired by the book by Alice Morgan that will be performed by the students of the New Holland Mennonite School. This musical will be held on December 17, 2015 at the New Holland Mennonite Church with a dinner served at 6:30 pm and the musical at 7:30 pm. An offering will be taken to benefit the students.
Homecoming at Wagener Methodist Church
Everyone is invited to attend the Homecoming service at Wagener United Methodist Church as they celebrate 119 years. Join them for a worship service on December 6, 2015 at 10:30 AM and a luncheon following. WUMC would like to praise and thank God for all He has done.

Seivern Baptist Homecoming
Seivern Baptist Church's annual Homecoming service is Sunday, November 15th @ 11:00am. It's always a great time of worship and a wonderful time to reconnect with friends and former members. Everyone is welcome!!! Guest speaker will be Rev. Dr. Brad Willis and lunch will be served in the fellowship hall around 1:00pm.
Busbee Corbett Veterans Day Salute
Busbee Elementary and Corbett Middle Schools presented “A Salute to our Veterans,” a Veterans Day Celebration for Veterans and their guests on November 11, 2015 in the school gymnasium. Ms. Margaret Woods organized the event with considerable help from Marcia Blizzard, Brenda Brown, Bob Bryan, Tara Davis, Kalary Driggers, Wade Friday, Nadine Jones, Teresa Johnson, the Jr. Beta Club, Student Council and the Wagener-Salley High School JROTC Color Guard.
