SEE YOU AT THE POLE day is on Wednesday, September 28, at 7:00 a.m. local time. All around the globe, in every time zone, students will be gathering at their flagpoles, praying for their school, friends, families, churches, and communities. SEE YOU AT THE POLE is a day committed to global unity in Christ and prayer for your generation.
Fundraiser for Tyrell Staley
There will be a fundraising yard sale Friday, 8/12 at the pavilion in Wagener from 7:30am -11:00am. Proceeds will go toward the $5500 needed for phase III of Tyrell Staley's journey to the Shepherd Center. Donations will be accepted. The family thanks you for your continuous support, thoughts and prayers.
Southern Starz Performing Arts Studio Grand Opening Celebration
The Southern Starz Performing Arts Studio will have a grand opening event on August 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm. The studio has been open during the summer, but would like to celebrate with the town their official grand opening and the beginning of their fall classes.
After a ribbon cutting ceremony, owner Melissa Berry will have food and activities available for children, a variety of dance exhibitions and registration available for fall dance classes.
Lemonade and Bake Sale at Pavilion 10 - 12
The Children in Action and Mission Friends of FBC will be having their 2nd annual lemonade stand and bake sale on Saturday, August 13 from 10 AM to 12 noon at the Wagener Pavilion. This year, all of the proceeds will go to The Shepherd's Hands, a mission in Mercer County, West Virginia. Please come out for some fresh lemonade and baked goods to support this worthy cause!
Back2School Bash
CTFK's annual Back2School Bash will be held on Saturday August 13, 2016 in the former Wagener Manufacturing Plant parking lot during the morning hours. Children must be present to receive free school supplies and more. All students may participate - public or private school, homeschool, etc.

The Harvest of Love church invites you to attend a Pastor Appreciation praise service in honor of Dr. Virgil Bynem at the Aiken Electric Company's event room on Saturday, July 30th, at 3:00 pm.

A "Barefoot" prayer breakfast will be held on the second Saturday of each month for the New Holland community and surrounding areas. Prayer breakfasts will be held at 2279 New Holland Road in the Fellowship Building. Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. and small group prayer time begins at 8:30.
