Summer reading begins May 24th and ends August 6th.
June 21, 2:30 pm – Flow Circus. Juggling and comedy magic!
June 28, 2:30 pm – Porkchop Productions. Watch the play “RAPunzel.”
July 12, 2:30 pm – Savannah River Ecology Lab. See local wildlife up close.
July 19, 2:30 pm – Preposterous Puppet Show. Favorite stories brought to life.
July 19, 4:30 pm – For Teens: Death By Chocolate. Challenges featuring candy!
SHARK WEEK at Nancy Bonnette Library – July 4
Visit the library during the week of July 4 to complete our Shark Week activities and receive a small prize.
The Writer’s Club, June 7 & 21, July 5 & 19
The Writer’s Club is open to adults, 16 and up that are interested in writing poetry, prose, plays, song lyrics, graphic novels and more. The purpose of the Writing Club is to provide a positive and productive atmosphere for developing writers to integrate, learn and grow. There will be a variety of different contests or workshops and exercises throughout the year as to benefit an individual’s skill and competence as a writer.
