Join fitness coach Patti Holsenback for a 30 minute leg workout followed by fresh donuts.  She will talk through a few ways you can incorporate health and fitness into your life -- while still enjoying the foods you love. Dumbbells and Donuts.

All fitness levels are welcome! Whether you've never worked out before or you work out every day - modifications can be made to make each exercise more or less challenging.
