Patti Holsenback: Strength Training for the Modern Woman
Patti Holsenback is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer in South Carolina with a mission to provide moms with safe and effective strategies for reaching their health and fitness goals. She offers monthly programs for a fee and a variety of videos for free on her Facebook page. Currently, the programs include Strong Core, Strong Mom, a 5 week course to teach moms how to strengthen their core post-baby, and the second program is called the FASTer Way to Fatloss, a 6 week program.
